The LMIA is issued by the Employment and Social Department Canada to the employer which sends you a copy of the document but this program doesn’t need all these processes since you can work for three different employers in the province so you will need an Open work permit.
To qualify for this stream, you need to:
- Have about 2 or 3 job offers
- Have working hours of about 30hours per week in total more like a full-time job
- Meet the general requirements for a work permit in the province
- Have the Government of Yukon sign a letter of support
Business Nominee Program
