Must be in possession of one valid means of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card- PVC).
Must have a minimum of 4 credits in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB in not more than two sittings. One of the credits must be in the English Language
Possess fundamental English language communication Skill and or any local Nigerian language

The beneficiary should have the capacity to educate and mentor others within their communities
