The PRESIDENTIAL YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SCHEME (PYES 2021/2022 Registration Registration) Portal is now open for interested applicants to submit their application.

The conceive and design of the programme PYES was to Fight and reduce unemployment among Nigerian youth by creating at least 774,000 empowerment opportunities, train and empower youths to have the capacity to empower at least one other youth within his/her immediate community, and as well as create wealth among the growing youth.

PYES 2021/2022 Registration/Application Requirements:

The scheme will be open to all (literate, semi-literate and the non-literate) population. The eligibility requirements are set at the fundamental ability and aptitude to learn and be teachable. In addition to the preceding, set is the following as the pre-conditions for enlistment;

Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria, male or female within the age of 18 and not higher than 40.
Applicant must possess, at least a valid means of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card-PVC).
A Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) must be present for a candidate to qualify for benefits from the scheme
Ability to communicate in Basic English language and or any local Nigerian language.
Have a Provable upright character as well as a stable mind
A guarantor preferably a community or religious leader must be provided by the Applicants.
Ability to recieve endorsement by a local government official
The beneficiary must be capable of transferring knowledge and mentor other youths within their communities.
