NJFP Registration | Application Portal Now Open, Register Now

NJFP Registration: if you have concluded the compulsory one-year NYSC service or have a certificate of exemption, apply for this NJFP empowerment.

After months of liaison between the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), eligible Nigerians can now work in local companies, industries, etc., earning monthly stipends for one year. The NJFP collates applications from host organizations and applicants with NYSC pass.

NJFP then engages an independent talent manager to place qualified candidates into relevant host organizations. In this way, the NJFP allots all successful applications to companies, industries, etc., depending on skills alignment.

This article explains the NJFP Registration and benefits of the program for Nigerian youths. Read on below for detailed information and application guidelines.

NJFP Registration: Overview

At its core, the NJFP initiative offers all eligible Nigerian youths the opportunity to broaden their employability range. At the same time, it pays them monthly stipends, lasting for one year of placement in relevant host organizations.

Why is the NJFP necessary?

The world is recovering from post-covid19 job scarcity. Africa, however, runs a recruitment deficit as per skilled labor. During the pandemic, many businesses trimmed down workers’ salaries, while others laid off some employees. The result is an economy struggling up an employment dip. In this case, the NJFP empowerment offers leverage.

Moreover, the NJFP Registration is not a string of disparate recruitment opportunities. Instead, it is a one-portal service for all eligible applicants. Regardless of your tribe in Nigeria, you can get fair treatment in the placement criteria. Why? Because the NJFP works with talent managers to ensure un-skewed allotment.

Additionally, unlike webinars or trainees sections, the NJFP Registration gives you a chance to earn monthly stipends while working with a hosting company.

The NJFP does not require work experience from applicants. At its core, the program lowers the bar, putting all Nigerian graduates on an even match while maintaining the reputation of host organizations.
