Nigerian Bottling Company Graduate Trainee Program 2021 – Nigerian Bottling Company Limited, a part of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) – anchor bottler for Coca-Cola with the charter to bottle Coca-Cola products in over 28 countries.
The company which bottles Coca-Cola products in Nigeria, offering iconic non-alcoholic beverages such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Limca as well as Schweppes in the sparkling beverage category; and 5 Alive and Eva in the still beverage category.

Preface
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd, wish to grant permissions to qualified young Nigerians with learning potential and of sound character and to begin an Eighteen Months Training Programme intensively on Technical Skills Development in the subsequent fields:
- Automation and Process Control Engineering
- Industrial Mechatronics
- Machine Shop Operation
- General Fittings and Welding
- Utility Maintenance and Operations
- Basic Bottling Process
Program Information
Successful applicants stand to enjoy free tuition, lunch and a monthly allowance (not salary) for the entire program duration. The program is a non-residential training at the Technical Training Centre which is located in Ikeja the Lagos capital. Trainees will be exposed to a classroom, hands-on sessions and on-the-job training exercise in any of Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd Plants in Abuja, Benin, Challawa, Asejire, Ikeja, Jos, Kaduna, Enugu, Maiduguri, Owerri, and Port Harcourt.

On completing the program, trainees who are successful will get certificates of internal participatory, while they (the trainees) will be made ready for the London (City and Guilds) external examination and also permanent employment as Technicians or Technical Operators with the company might be offered to them.

Educational Qualification
Potential candidates must be in possession of the following qualifications among others:

B.Sc 2nd Class Lower and above and or Higher National Diploma or it’s equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from approved and certified institutions.
Industrial practice experience will also be an added advantage.
